The Office of the Village of Holly Clerk/Treasurer offers the following services for Village residents.

Notary Public Notary Public Services are provided by the Village of Holly for a $10 fee.

Along with the duties of day-to-day operations, the Clerk/Treasurer is charged with the custody and maintenance of all Village records, including official documents such as official minutes, contracts, policies and procedures, resolutions, ordinances, and serves as the Freedom of Information Officer for access to public records. The Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, water billing etc. for the Village. The Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for purchasing, licenses, permits, employee benefits, pension administration, other human resource issues, computer systems and software maintenance, and the publication of all notices.
