NOTICE OF SPECIAL LAND USE & SITE PLAN REVIEW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Chater 157: Zoning, Sections 157.120-157.130 of the Village of Holly Zoning Ordinance, that the Village of Holly Planning Commission will consider a request for a Special Land Use and Site Plan Review on May 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Village of Holly Council Chambers located at 504 ½ E. Maple, Holly , Michigan.
An application for special land use and site plan review was filed by DEI Incorporated/Jennifer King, 1550 Kemper Meadow Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45240 by behalf of Financial Plus Credit Union. The proposal is for a bank with drive-throughs for the property located at 4049 Grange Hall Rd, Holly, MI, IH-01-27-151-024.
Written comments may be submitted to the Village Clerk/Treasurer, 504 ½ E. Maple, Holly, Michigan, 48442 prior to the review at
The Planning Commission is likely to make a decision on the request at the meeting.
