Purpose of Meeting:The purpose of this special meeting is to receive a presentation and consider a potential public-private partnership with a Holly developer related to downtown parking infrastructure improvements, including discussion and possible action on a letter of support and on contributing up to twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) toward eligible project costs.
